Starting Next Thursday,  ESC's Utility Assistance office will be closed to the public,  in order to concentrate on processing applications, timely.  The staff will be checking on voicemail, emails and their mailbox to ensure that customers are still getting their applications processed in order of crisis.

If you call please let the utility assistance staff know if your service has been terminated, you are out of propane or wood,  if you have a 96 hour notice when you leave a voice mail or email them.  They would like you to leave your name, phone number and date of birth.
