Weatherization reduces energy costs for low-income households by increasing the energy efficiency of their homes while ensuring their health and safety. It supports 8,500 jobs and provides weatherization services to approximately 40,000 homes every year using DOE funds. Economic Security Corporation's Weatherization uses energy conservation techniques, which make for safer and healthier homes for Southwest Missourians. How To Apply for Weatherization:
- You can apply by going to one of ESC's outreach offices and pick-up an application

- You can submit your application by dropping it off at one of our outreach offices

- All applicants must meet income guidelines, and renters must have the home owner’s cooperation to participate.
