ESC is part of The Homeless Coalition that annually completes a homeless census in Jasper and Newton Counties.  This is completed across the nation,  same time and date.  This valuable information is shared locally, statewide and nationally. We hope we are able to better grasp the homeless' needs in Southwest Missouri as a result of completing this census.
