Did You Know Our Community Can End Chronic Homeless? On any given night in Jasper and Newton Counties there are 210 individuals and/or families who do not have a place to call home.  They have less stability and their quality of life suffers.  Our communities can do better!  Currently Southwest Missouri has 111  individuals and families who have rental assistance, but no home.  Are you a property owner,  can you help provide a home for any of these 111 families?  If so reach out to to Staci  or Tammy.   We Can End Chronic Homeless Together!
